Exchanges or returns of a new, unworn Proclamation piece will be accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns must include all original packaging. We will accept any new, unworn Proclamation piece for exchange; you pay only the price difference, if applicable, and shipping charges. Apparel returns will be accepted at our discretion for a store credit only. Customized jewelry item sales, including those with custom initials, are final and are not eligible for exchange or return.
The exchange/return value is determined by the purchase price of the item. If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us by email at help@proclamationjewelry.com or by phone at (800) 520-8201.
Exchanges or returns must be shipped directly to Proclamation. Please pack and seal your box securely in the original packaging, and don’t forget to include the order number and a contact number. We recommend that you ship your package with a signature required and a carrier who will provide a tracking number, and for security purposes do not write the word JEWELRY anywhere on your package.
Once your package has been received, the item will be inspected and its condition evaluated. We will contact you to verify whether or not your item is eligible for refund/exchange, and if so, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that if we refund your credit/debit card, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
The Proclamation Jewelry Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Proclamation Jewelry’s limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.
Your Proclamation Jewelry goods are warranted by Proclamation Jewelry LLC for a lifetime from the original date of delivery. Proclamation Jewelry’s warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt is required for proof of purchase.
Covered pieces will be repaired (if feasible) or replaced free of component and labor charges if the piece proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, Proclamation Jewelry cannot guarantee that you will receive the same product. If your piece is not available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
This warranty is void if the piece has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized Proclamation Jewelry sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by Proclamation Jewelry. Proclamation Jewelry shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if Proclamation Jewelry has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Proclamation Jewelry’s entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair of the purchase price paid, at Proclamation Jewelry’s sole option.
Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
