Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary 2-Day, fully-insured shipping on all domestic orders within the USA. Our preferred domestic carriers are UPS and FedEx. Many of our chains and pendants are kept in stock and may ship within 1-3 business days, but most Proclamation Jewelry items are made-to-order and may take up to 14 business days to ship. If your items are not in stock and need to be produced they will still ship with 2-Day or overnight shipping, but only once production is completed.

Signature Requirement

In order to protect our customers, a signature is always required on every shipment. If you cannot provide one, you may use your UPS account or FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a UPS or FedEx or one of their authorized locations. PO Box, FPO, APO, DPO & Freight Forwarding

For security purposes, we do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations. Military or civilian support personnel stationed overseas that have only APO/FPO addresses, please contact us by email at info@proclamationjewelry.com or by phone at 800.520.8201 in order to discuss other shipping options.

International Customers

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for more information. International orders will ship using DHL Express and are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

American Express

American Express policy requires us to ship items purchased to the cardholder’s billing address only.
