Eligibility

Returns: We accept returns of new, unworn Proclamation Jewelry pieces within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window for new, unworn items of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for any price differences and additional shipping charges.

Packaging Requirements: All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging and documentation (sales receipt or packing slip).

Apparel: Apparel returns are accepted at our discretion and are eligible for store credit only.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized jewelry, including pieces with selected gemstones, initials, or engravings.

Discounted items and those purchased during BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions.

Gift cards.
Restocking & Handling Fees
All accepted returns and exchanges are subject to:

A $15 handling fee

A 10% restocking fee
These cover processing, inspection, and inventory management costs.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Prepare Your Shipment

Pack items securely in their original packaging.

Include your order number and contact number, along with the return documentation provided.

2. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt, items are inspected to ensure they are unworn, unaltered, and in sellable condition.

Eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (bank processing times may vary).
3. Refund & Exchange Value

Refunds and exchanges are based on the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law and covers:

Manufacturing defects under normal use.

Repairs (if feasible) or replacement of defective items.
What’s Not Covered

Improper handling, accidents, misuse, or negligence.

Warranty becomes void if unauthorized alterations are made.
Replacement Policy
If your item is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement of equal value and similar style.
