Eligible new, unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Standard Return Fees
All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a $15 handling fee.
Gold & Platinum Chains
Gold and platinum chains/necklaces are eligible for store credit only if returned.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must:
Be new, unworn, unused, and unaltered
Be returned in the original packaging
Include all original documentation, including the sales receipt or packing slip
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, repair, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
Return Fees
All approved returns and exchanges are subject to the following:

These fees cover inspection, processing, and inventory management.
Gold & Platinum Chains / Necklaces
Due to volatility in precious metal markets, all gold and platinum chains/necklaces are eligible for store credit only if returned.
For approved returns of gold and platinum chains/necklaces:
Store credit will be issued instead of a refund
A 10% restocking fee and $15 handling fee will apply
Store credit may be used toward any future Proclamation Jewelry purchase
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unworn items.
Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for:

Applicable shipping charges
The standard 10% restocking fee and $15 handling fee
Apparel
Apparel returns are accepted at our discretion and are eligible for store credit only.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Customized or made-to-order jewelry, including items with selected gemstones, initials, or engravings
Discounted items
Items purchased during sales and promotions
Gift cards
Domestic & International Return Shipping
Domestic returns: Proclamation Jewelry provides the return shipping label
International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend all returns be shipped using a secure, trackable method. Do not label the package with the word “Jewelry.”
Inspection & Processing
Once received, returned items are inspected to confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
If approved:
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original form of payment
Store credit, when applicable, is issued electronically
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Value
Approved refunds and store credits are based on the original purchase price paid, less applicable fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including import taxes and duties, when applicable.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing defects under normal use
Repair or replacement of defective items, at our discretion
What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear
Improper handling, accidents, misuse, or negligence
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Damage caused by third parties
Items not purchased directly from Proclamation Jewelry or an authorized retailer
Any unauthorized alteration or repair voids this warranty.
Replacement Policy
If a warrantied item is no longer available, Proclamation Jewelry may provide a comparable replacement of similar style and equal value at its discretion.

We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply to you.
